Does work different with SGS2 and 4.0.4:
I really tried hard to find out and finally it works very well. It’s all a matter of timing. You have to hold the SGS2 like displayed in step #1. I tried to hold it in different ways and was not able to be successful. Then press and hold home and power button together as in step #3. The screen will shrinks together with a white frame. That’s it. Now you can release the buttons. As I sad it’s all a matter of timing. If you press the home button to early the task manager appears. If you press the power button to early the power menue appear and eventually the task manager on top.
