Do you know that the HTC One M8 at least has two alternative names? If you do not know, I will tell you about the name. HTC One (M8) is also known as All New HTC One which means it is the same HTC One series likes before but branded and comes with full New on almost everything including its special design. The other name for this HTC One M8 is HTC M8.
The HTC One M8 in United States has already released along with Verizon Wireless and Sprint Carrier. The differences carrier is needed because of each carrier works under different GSM, 3G, CDMA, and 4G LTE frequencies.

There are two important guidance that you need to know before you can use the HTC One M8. First to make you able to do voice communication using your favorite Provider (Carrier), you need to insert the SIM card to the HTC One (M8). Depend on the market, the SIM type is vary but globally, it uses the nano SIM card.
With the phone face up, you can locates the nanos SIM card tray slot on the top left side of the HTC One M8. There is a small hole acts as an ejected button. Use the tip of paperclip or the like and insert it into this hole and push until the card tray ejects. Pull the nano SIM card tray out and place the nano SIM with gold-colored contacts facing down and cut-edge outside. Push the card tray back to the slot until it locks.
As for the microSD memory card, you can locates the card tray of the microSD external card on the top-left side of the HTC One. Just like the way you eject the nano SIM card tray, do the same way for the memory card tray. Using the paper clip or eject tool insert the eject tool to the hole and push it. Whenever the card tray ejects that means you successfully on ejecting it. Pull the card tray, place the microSD with gold-metal connector face down to the card tray, then insert it back to the slot. Done.

HTC One M8 Specifications
HTC One M8 comes with 5.0 inches touchscreen display with Full HD resolution at 1080 x 1920 pixels. The 5″ display uses Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with 16M color depth and acquired 441 ppi for pixel density. For the screen protection, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is used as scratch resistant glass. Of course it supports multi-touch input method.
Running on Android KitKat version 4.4.2, the HTC One M8 is completed with HTC Sense UI version 6. Having 32GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 128GB with microSD card (external memory) and has 2GB RAM, the HTC One (M8) powered by quad-core 2.3GHz Krait 400 processor which working along with Qualcomm MSM8974AB Snapdragon 800 chipset and Adreno 330 as GPU.
The uniqueness of HTC One (M8), one of them is on the main camera. The main camera that attached on the rear body of the smartphone is Duo Camera with 4MP HTC UltraPixel Camera 2.0 µm pixel size. The Duo camera means, the primary camera has a normal camera behavior and the secondary camera on the Duo camera has a function to capture depth information. The Primary camera can be use to record Full HD video recording (1080p@30fps) with Stereo sound and video stabilisation. It also has dual LED Flash, autofocus, geo-tagging, HDR, face dan smile detection, simultaneous video and image recording and more. For the front camera, the HTC One M8 has 5MP camera (very good camera for selfie capture) with ability up to 1080p@30fps video recording.
There is non-removable battery embedded on the HTC One M8 with 2600mAH capacity. It can powered up the device up to 20hours for talktime and standby can be life up to 496 hours under 3G networks. There are bluetooth, Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual band, NFC, microUSB 2.0 support HDMI and MHL, Wi-Fi Direct, and has 3.5mm stereo audio jack.
The weight of the HTC ONe (M8) is 160 grams and has 146.36mm x 70.6mm x 9.35mm dimenstion size. For the sensors installed on the device are Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Ambient Light sensor, Gyro sensor, and Barometer sensor.

There are a lot of tutorial and guidance available on the User Guide of HTC One 8. One example is shown on the figure below in which it help you to learn the keys and parts of the HTC One M8. The other can be seen directly on the Manual which includes how to use the Wi-Fi, pairing bluetooth, use the applications, use the touchscreen and else.

Press and hold Volume Down; then Press and Hold Power button > 3 Android Appears > Release both of them > Select Factory Reset with Volume down; Press Power button to confirm > Follow the rest.
