I want to delete videos taken with my phone and saved to the videos… there doesn’t seem to be an option to delete and they are not in my gallery to delete either.
Grover says
Tiffany. I had the same issue. 7 steps VERY Easy. Here is the quick solution:
1-Tap> Applications (lower right side of the main Home screen. Picture of box with 4 smaller boxes inside.)
2-Tap> My Files (picture of a yellow file folder)
Scroll Down> to Download (list of yellow folders)
3-Tap> Download (downloaded files such as photos and videos will appear)
4-Tap> Menu button (lower left hand side, very bottom, of the phone. Its 1 of the 4 items that are always available. Looks like a small box with 2 lines inside)
5-Tap> Delete (little garbage can image, and all downloaded items will now show a check box next to each item)
6-Tap> the check mark for each item you want to delete.
7-Tap> Delete button. You are done!
