The release latch of back cover casing can be found on the top side of the Galaxy Legend at the same upper side of rear camera (pictured), insert your fingertip on this release latch then firmly lift the cover up until it detach from the phone body. Continue to remove the sides of the back cover until all the sides of the cover fully removed.

To insert for memory card (microSD). Make sure the gold-connector facing down, align the position of the microSD just like it’s shown above, the slide the memory card until it locks (clicks) on its slot. To remove the microSD card, press the card gently to make it unlocks and pop out, then you can draw the card out carefully from its slot. Remember to unmount the card first

I’ve tried getting a screenshot on it but it won’t take. i press the home and power key at the same time and it does nothing.

I have the same problem, holding “home” and “power” doesn’t take a screenshot. I tried Samsung support, removing the battery did not resolve the issue, and there is no “motion” option in my settings menu.
