Technically, HTC One for each of US Mobile Carrier that we mentioned above (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, C-Spire), had the same specifications for the hardware and software of the original HTC One, except for few things. The few things that we mean are the supported network connectivity and also preloaded carriers’ applications.
These are the differences between each other Carrier in US for supported network. 3G UMTS/HSPA: Sprint uses 1900/ 2100 MHz frequency with HSPA+ that can be used up to 14.4 Mbps (DL) ; AT&T Carrier uses 850 / 1900 / 2100 MHz with HSPA+ up to 21Mbps; T-Mobile uses 850/ AWS/ 1900 /2100 with HSPA+ up to 42 Mbps; Verizon uses 1900 / 2100 MHz. 3G CDMA for Sprint and Verizon uses 800 / 1900 Mhz. 4G LTE: Verizon uses 700Mhz band 13; T-Mobile, AT&T, uses 700 MHz and AWS band; Sprint uses 1900 MHz frequency.

HTC One User Manual & Quick Start Guide for AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, C-Spire Carriers Resume
The User Manual and Quick Start Guide of HTC One for Verizon Wireless Carrier are available in two languages: English and Spanish, but for AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and C-Spire are only available in English. Moreover, for Sprint Carrier, there is no Quick Start Guide or Quick Reference Guide; only User Manual is available for Sprint.
The one that we gonna discuss at this Resume section, due to we can’t talk about all of the UM and QSG, we decided to discuss the User Manual for Verizon Wireless Carrier only.
If you like to know how to do Factory Reset (known also as Hard Reset) on the User Manual of HTC One for Verizon, you can go to page 185 of the Manual. In this page, you can learn two ways on performing Hard / Master Reset: via Reset Settings Menu and Hardware combination. For Hardware ways, here the shortcut:

HTC One for AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, C-Spire Specifications
HTC One comes with 4.7 inches display touchscreen of Super LCD3 Capacitive with Full HD Resolution at 1080 x 1920 pixels. It has 469 ppi pixels density. This absolutely give you a sharp, smooth, and beautiful display for the picture and video watched on the 4.7″ screen. There is Corning Gorilla Glass 2 for display protection. No need to worry on any scratch-able material that may against the display.
The display is embedded on the 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 millimeter / 5.41″ x 2.69 x 0.37″ inches size dimension of the rounded four corner touch-bar body design. It has 143 grams or 5.04 ounces weight along with non-removable assembled battery with Li-Polymer 2300mAh capacity. The display supports multi-touch and the battery can be used up to 18 hours talk time under 3G network.
The HTC Sense UI version 5 is installed on HTC One as the User Interface for Android Jelly Bean v4.1.2 Operating System. The OS is upgradable to Jelly Bean version 4.2.2. Along with the Android OS, the quad-core 1.7GHz Krait 300 is chosen as the processor installed on HTC One. Accompanying the quad-core 1.7GHz processor, the Qualcomm APQ8064T Snapdragon 600 and Adreno 320 are ready for the Chipset and GPU. On the memory side, the 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory is used on the device. Special for the built-in memory storage, you can also has optional choice to get the 64GB memory instead the 32GB. FYI, there is no external slot for expandable memory.
For the Camera, the HTC One for Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, C-Spire, have the same specs. It’s uses HTC UltraPixel Camera (4MP) with pixel size 2.0 µm and Sensor size 1/3′. This means that even though the camera only has 4 Megapixels, but the image would have the quality equals to high camera resolution. It’s also equipped with Optical Image Stabilization and has F2.0 apperture with 28mm lens (wide-angle). It support touch-focus, auto focus, and has LED Flash. The recording ability of this camera is Full HD 1080p@30fps. There is 2.1 MP wide angle camera on the front facing of HTC One too.
For sound quality, the HTC Beats Audio, dual stereo front speaker with bulit-in amplifiers are included. For the sensors, the HTC One is installed with Gyro sensor, accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and als oahs internal GPS antenna plus GLONASS and Digital compass.
You can have NFC, Bluetooth v4.0 with aptX enable, Wi-Fi WLAN IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, DLNA, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and microUSB version 2.0 with MHL, HDMI for connectivity features.
