Let’s flash back at the times where this HTC Sensation still in the “plan”. Before released to the Smartphone world, this Sensation rumored has a dubbed name for HTC Pyramid. Don’t know why the HTC changed its name to Sensation. Sometimes this HTC Sensation also been called as HTC Sensation 4G.
In United State, you might not find this phone in Market Place due to along with T-Mobile, the HTS Sensation not released yet. It been expecting on June 8th, 2011 to be released along with T-Mobile Carrier, although in Europe, this Smartphone is already available. One of the good news coming from this Smartphone, HTC Sensation installed with Dual Core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Chipset MSM 8260 Snapdargon with Adreno 220 GPU. This make this Gadget supports 3D like transitions in the menu (installed with 3D Graphics Hardware Accelerator).
Another good point for this Device is the existence of Android Gingerbread or Android 2.3 as its Operating System Platform. We knew that this Android OS Version is the latest Android Version specially designed for Smartphone.
HTC Sensation Manual User Guide Resume

To Do this: Go to Menu > Settings > SD and Phone Storage > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone > Erase Everything or you can also follows this ways: Remove battery and reassemble again, Press and Hold Volume Down and then Press Power button > Screen Appears Release Volume Down > Select Factory Reset and then Press Power button. Done!
This Factory Data Reset steps it the final step if you can fix or get any trouble such as the phone hang / stop responding and you can get any solution about it. HTC Sensation Specifications
Along with Dual Core 1.2Ghz and also Android 2.3, the HTC Sensation also attached with 768MB RAM and 1GB internal Storage (8GB microSD card included for external storage memory card, in spite of it supports up to 32GB, need to get it separately). For the 4G it uses HSPA with HSDPA up to 14.4 Mbit per second (Mbps) and HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbps. For the Networks Technology it uses GSM Quad Band for 900 / 850 / 1800 /1900 Mhz and UMTS 3G 900 / 1700 /2100 Mhz. It of course supports EDGE, UMTS, or GPRS.
As an Android Device, this absolutely means that the HTC Sensation 4G also preloaded with Google Application for Android. Google Search, Google Maps, Android Market, YouTube, GTalk, GMail, are some example of the Google Applications that ready to be used inside the Sensation.
HTC Sensation comes with 4.3 inches Touch Tablet form factor (Candy bar), with qHD 540 x 960 pixels Resolution wiht aspect ration of 16:9. It manufactured with S-LCD (Super LCD) Capacitive Touchscreen with 16M colors and polished with Gorilla Glass Display for Scratch Protection Screen, Accelerometer Sensor for Auto Rotate UI, Proximity Sensor, Gyro Sensor, Multi Touch Input Method and without a miss, the HTC Sense version 3.0 for User Interface with touch refinement and functionality from lock screen.
For connectivity features, HTC Sensation comes with Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n supported WLAN type, supports Wi-Fi hostpot / tethering and uses Bluetooth version 3.0 which supports following profiles: A2DP, AVRCP, GAP, GOEP, HFP, HID, FTP, OPP, HSP, MAP, SPP, PBAP and SDAP. And for USB it uses micro USB 2.0 with MHL (mobile high definition video link) for USB or HDMI connection.
Especially for Multimedia and Photography, the Phone equipped with Dual LED Flash Camera with 8 Megapixel on the rear side along side with Auto Focus, Video Recording capable to create 1080p HD Recording up to @30fps (with Stereo Sound Recording), Geo Tagging (has GPS with A-GPS support), Touch Focus, Image Stabilizer, Face Detection, and Instant Capture. It also has Secondary fixed focus 0.3MP VGA on the front side (a camera that usually being used on the middle of Video Call process). The Sensation also armored with Stereo FM Radio with RDS, TV out via MHL A/V Link, supports DLNA and has SRS Virtual Surround Sound for Wired HeadPhone.
And for Media Player, 3GP, 3G2,MP4, WMV, AVI, XVID are some supported Video Formats, for Audio Music, the Sensation supports AAC, AMR, OGG, M4A, MID, MP3, WAV and WMA. For Social Networking, this Handset has Facebook and Twitter Application for HTC Sense, and supports share photos and videos via Facebook, Flickr, Twitter or YouTube.
