Nokia Lumia 800 User Manual & Technical Specifications

As far as I know, the Lumia 800 is the first Smartphone released in the end of this year (2011) as a product by Nokia and Microsoft (the agreement between those to which been signed in the early of 2011). Yep, the Nokia Lumia 800 powered with Microsoft Windows Phone Operating System. It installed with Windows Phone 7.5 (version) or known as Windows Phone Mango.

Unfortunately, this phone that also known as Nokia Sea Ray didn’t have a front facing camera. Which means the Lumia 800 can’t be used for video calling. This absolutely one of bad point comes from this first Nokia with WP (Windows Phone) OS. Some of the owners of Nokia 800 (we do a little googling about this, got a info about this bad news, though It’s not always comes like this, just a warning) also reported that the bluetooth wireless connection sometime didn’t work properly and can’t be used to transfer a file or data. But, for the rest, it seems this phone have a great point and this phone should be in everyone wishing list.Let elaborate more.

We have to say sorry that after made a little fast reading and search, we aren’t able to find the tutorial how to make Master / Hard Reset or sometime also named as Factory data reset on the Nokia Lumia 800 User Guide PDF. But to do soft reset aka rebooting the device all you need to do just press and hold the power button for about 10 second to turn off the phone and the press the power button again to switch the Lumia 800 on.

Not having a factory reset tutorial might be a huge lost on the User Guide of this phone, but how about we personally make a “guess” steps instruction to do this. Here are the steps that we guess can be done to perform factory data reset on Lumia 800: Home > Tab Menu (by right arrow) > Settings > System > About > reset your phone > do the rest.

Btw, looking for how to set the alarm, just read on page 67, page 68 is for calendar guidance, how about finding your way home or go to office maps? Read on using the turn by turn navigation on page 65 including Voice guidance using Nokia Drive (also using Bing Maps). There also tutorial how to use the camera, taking picture, and much more.
