Nokia N900 is one popular of Qwerty Keyboard Phone / SmartPhone from Nokia that using Slide Side form factor. You can see at the image below to make sure the body design and the three 3 row Qwerty Keyboard. One feature that “shot us” is the Operating System runs inside the N900. Unlike other Series of Smartphone by Nokia that usually used Symbian, the Nokia N900 was installed with Maemo 5 Software Mobile Operating System along with 3D Accelerate Graphic, Multi Tasking enable, and Direct Touch Logic UI (User Interface).
The Display Screen of Nokia N900 uses TFT Resistive Touchscreen. It means also that there are two ways you can type a message in N900: Slide the Physical three rows Qwerty Keyboard out and using on Screen virtual Qwerty Keyboard by Touching it. The Display quite large at 3.5 inches Diameter with Resolution about 800 x 480 Pixels. Having this Screen Dimensional, you will get pretty good view on playing and watching any video or see images due to large screen applied on the Phone (though at this day, 4 inches Display is an ordinary / a common thing).
Using Resistive Touchscreen could be very uneasy if you use it in the bright light such as under the light of the sun directly or neon light, but you shouldn’t worry about this because N900 also equipped with Ambient Light Detector (Sensor), although it is would be better if used Capacitive TFT. The Screen also attached with Automatic Landscape to Protrait Orientation using Accelerometer Sensor along with Auto Turn off using Proximity Sensor. It has almost 65K colors.
