Samsung Galaxy Light is the 4.0 inches Android Smartphone specially design for T-Mobile Carrier (US). Along with T-Mobile, Samsung SGH-T399 works under GSM, 3G HSDPA, and 4G LTE data networks. It’s GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 /1900MHz frequency. For the 3G it uses HSDPA 850 / 1700 / 1900 /2100 MHz; and for 4G Network, it supports LTE 700 Mhz Class 12 / 1700 /2100 Mhz.

The 4″ display comes with 480 x 800 pixels resolution with TFT Capacitive touchscreen material. It has 16 colors depth and 233 ppi pixel density. The Dark Brown is the color available for this touch-bar device.

First thing first. To be able to use your Galaxy Light, you need to assemble the power electricity source aka battery to the main body of Samsung SGH-T399, and to be able to make the device works for SMS, MMS, mobile data connection, you need to insert the SIM card of T-Mobile carrier, so do on how you can expand the internal memory with microSD card. The picture that we shown you above is the step by step instructions on how you can open the back cover of the device, then you can assemble the battery and finally attach back the cover. As you can see at the figure above to open the back cover, you can start from the release latch locate on the top side of the body (rear side facing up). Use your fingernail to firmly grip the opening latch then press and draw the cover up until the cover partly remove. Continue to remove the cover until all the sides of the cover fully removed.

As it shown on the page 14 and page 17 of the User Manual of SGH-T399, to open back cover then assemble and remove the battery can be done rather easily. To install battery: just make sure the battery connector aligns properly with metal connector on its compartment, then slide and push the battery down until it secure on the compartment. To remove battery: grip the battery from opening gap with your forefinger or thumb, lift it up, then remove it. Remember to turn off your Galaxy Light before you do it.

The locations of SIM and Memory slot is on the right side of LED flash and rear 5 Megapixel camera. The upper side for memory, the bottom for microSIM. Inserting SIM card: With gold-metal faces facing downwards, cute-corner on the out side position, then slide the card and push it into its slot. Inserting microSD Memory: With gold-contacts facing down, and gold-metal pins aligns with the slot, slide the microSD until it click (locks) onto its place. Done.
