Even though we already shared and wrote about Samsung Galaxy Nexus before, the GT I9250–for global phone, but in term of SCH-I515 for Verizon Wireless Carrier, the Galaxy Nexus in this page absolutely differ to the previous one. Especially for the Owner’s Guide of Galaxy Nexus I515, which comes in difference content to I9250. But before we talk about the User Manual and Owners Manual, It is better, as usual, to discuss about the tech specs of this Android Smartphone.
Galaxy Nexus I515 is the first Smartphone which is officially powered using Android Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest version of Android Operating System aka Android version 4.0 / v4.0. The I515 which is dedicated for Verizon Carrier, actually the CDMA version of Galaxy Nexus I9250 (GSM). Yup, Along with Verizon Wireless (in US), the Galaxy Nexus CDMA (we better called by this, in order to differ from Galaxy Nexus GSM I9250) uses CDMA 800 / 1900 Mhz, CDMA200 1xEVDO and 4G LTE 700Mhz. It support up to 3.1Mbps for EVDO Rev.A, and 4G LTE. With 4G LTE, browsing, watching, or sharing video, picture and data would be runs fast and no buffering.
Using Curved Display touchscreen with Super AMOLED Capacitive Touchscreen with Gorilla Glass for scratch resistance and oleophobic coating for fat and oil resistance, as well as the 4.65 inches touchscreen display with HD resolution at 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, make this phone by Samsung and Google (collaboration just like its previous Samsung Google Nexus S) on of the best Smartphone at this time. Using HD resolution in 4.65″ display, it is almost about 316 ppi pixel resolution. By this, smooth and clear display would be guaranteed to rise out from the SUPER AMOLED display.
