Ann Jacoby says
I’m thinking of purchasing a Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and so am looking at the user manual–I will have lots to learn. But it is obvious that non-English people have written the manual, lots of grammar errors. I suggest you really need to have English manual written by people whose primary language is English. It makes me wonder if I have to call for help, as an owner, do I have to speak to marginal English support staff in Japan, etc?
John Foose says
The manual that I am looking at doesn’t have imperfect English at all. I am an English Teacher and I should know. Apparently, somebody from Apple wrote the previous response.
