Runs on Android device with Jelly Bean version (Android v4.1), the Xperia M C1904/ C1905 is powered by dual-croe 1GHz Krait processor. It uses Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 chipset and Adreno 305 for the GPU. It has 4GB internal memory with 1GB RAM.
