The Xperia M dual C2004 / C2005 runs on Android Jelly Bean OS version 4.2 along with dual-core 1GHz Krait as CPU processor speed. The Chipset works togehter with dual-core 1GHz processor uses Qualcomma Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 and for the GPU, the Adreno 305 is the chosen one. The device has 1GB RAM and 4GB internal memory (ROM). You can add additional storage with microSD or microSDHC up to 32GB.

To power up the Xperia M dual, the removable Lithium-ion battery with 1750mAh capacity is ready. If you use the device to talk with your friend under 3G network, It will stand up to 9 hours long before you need to charge the battery. Although it depend on the location and strength of the signal of the network and also some other factors.

There is 5MP camera with LED Flash on the rear panel of Xperia M, and there is VGA camera on the front.
