This phone can do so much but I can’t figure it out without a book. I almost, and probably will, loose all my pictures because I can’t figure out how to save to disc. I read to learn, guess that doesn’t happen with this phone. Charge me $5, I would pay it to have a user manual like all my old phones. Would not like it but would do it just so I know how to use the thing.

Every time that I have a question I have to go to the Verizon Store and ask. This is not a phone that is easy to store info and god help you if you have to delete a program or contact.

Selling a “smart” phone with no user manual is a dumb idea. This phone is very difficult to use, not intuitive in the least. This is tha last contract I will have with Verizon.
