Except for the Connectivity differences, there is no other hardware specifications which differ between P3100 and P3110. It’s almost the same in many aspect of the specs (most of them). The display screen with 7″ is manufactured by using PLS LCD Capacitive touchscreen. It has 600 x 1024 pixels resolution with 16M colors (about 170ppi). The Keys Parts Overview aka Phone Device Layout below is belong to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) P3100 (available on page 12 and 13 of the UM). If you open the User Guide for P3110, you’ll noticed that the Wi-Fi Only version P3110 didn’t have earpiece and Proximity sensor for the Front Side. It because both of these features didn’t need to be available on the Wi-Fi Only Tablet. As we already knew, the Earpiece is for Calling activity (listen) and Proximity sensor is used to autoturn of the tablet while in calling mode (for battery save consumption).

And for the reset of the keys parts both p3100 and P3110 are the same. From Front camera, speaker, memory card slot, multifuction jack, Power button (reset / lock key), volume keys, headset jack are available for both of the device.
And for the Factory reset (known as Master/ Hard Reset), it would be available under Back up and reset setting. On the User Manual the functions elaborated under page 124 in which it said that the Factory data reset will reset your settings to the factory defaults and delete all your data. This means if you don’t wanna lose any data (file, document, SMS, contacts, photos, videos) you need to back up it first.
When and what condition you should take the Factory Reset? On the Page 129 under Troubleshooting chapter, it said that you may used this option in case your Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is frozen, stop responding, hangs, unresposive to frequently even when you had rebooted the phone (press power key for 8-10 seconds for soft reset aka reboot/restart). Select Settings > Back up and reset > Factory data reset > Reset Device > Erase everything. These are the step instructions to do master reset.
